With nearly 60 years of combined experience, Deborah and Gary Long have dedicated their lives to helping people restore their confidence through expert hair restoration.

We understand the emotional toll of hair loss because we have experienced it ourselves. Both of us proudly wear CRLAB’s CNC and iTHIN® hair prosthetic systems, and we believe in the power of these solutions because we use them every day.

Our journey began decades ago with a shared passion for delivering life-changing, image-enhancing results. That same passion continues to inspire our work today as we offer some of the most advanced, effective, and luxurious hair restoration solutions available. Every product and treatment we offer is one we personally trust and use, because we believe you deserve nothing less than the very best!

After operating a very successful hair restoration clinic on the West Coast for more than 26 years, we have permanently relocated 2,700 miles to Mooresville, North Carolina.  In October 2025, we opened a brand new state-of-the-art non-surgical hair restoration clinic located in the Lake Norman / Duke Regional Medical Plaza.  Lake Norman Hair Loss Solutions is a place where innovation and compassion come together, and meaningful transformation is always possible for people of all ages and walks of life.  We welcome you!

During your visit, you will meet with Owner Debby Long, a 30+ year Licensed Cosmetologist with 27 of those years as a Hair Replacement Specialist.  You will be the beneficiary of her professional expertise as designer, and industry educator.  Debby will carefully assess your hair loss, listen to your expectations, and guide you through personalized advance hair loss options. Each recommendation is made with compassion, expertise, and a deep understanding of what truly works, because restoring your hair means restoring your confidence too.

Their salon is actually in a professional office building that also has other medical professionals instead of a strip mall. It is a beautiful facility that features private rooms unlike some of the other wig shops that claim to be private. How refreshing! The staff there are all licensed stylists and very friendly.
